The Snow Valley Skating Club in Kitimat, BC is accepting resumes for an Assistant Club and Freelance coach for the upcoming 2008/2009 season.  Our season runs from early August to mid May with a Summer School, Fall School, 22-23 weeks of Regular Season and 5-7 weeks of Spring Skating.  We have approximately 20 hours per week during Regular Season and a minimum of 25 hours a week during all other schools.  The Assistant Coach would be an addition to the current team and may allow the club to take on more ice time and programs depending on the coach’s certification.  The minimum level of certification would be a “Canskate Certified Instructor” working towards completion of their Level 1 in the near future or higher.  Priority would be given to applicants with Canpowerskate certification.  Please send your resume with references to Linda Brousseau (President) at ldbrousseau@telus.net or call 250-632-6916.  Deadline for applications is June 15, 2008.
